Frequently asked questions

Orders & payment

Can I order right now?

The shop is live and you can browse, but checkout opens with the first listings. Secure card payments are processed by Stripe; Apple Pay and Google Pay follow.

Do I need an account?

No. Guest checkout is available. An account lets you see order history and tracking in one place.

Which currency do you use?

US dollars. Your bank may convert if your card is in another currency.

Is sales tax included?

Tax is applied at checkout where the law requires it. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

United States only for now. We add countries only after testing the shipping route with a sample order.

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows the estimate for that item, based on its warehouse and our own sample order. You receive a tracking number by email when it ships.

Where can I see my tracking?

In the shipping email, and on Track your order — enter your order number and email.

My order is split into two parcels — is that normal?

Yes, multi-item orders sometimes ship separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Returns & problems

Something arrived damaged or wrong.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery via the contact page. We reship or refund in full — usually without asking you to return it.

Can I return a product I simply don’t want?

Yes, within the return window shown on Returns & refunds, unused and in original packaging. Contact us first so we can send the correct return address.

How fast is a refund?

We issue it within 5 business days of receiving the return; your bank may take another 5–10 days to show it.

About the products

Are the photos of the actual product?

Yes — or of our own sample. We don’t use supplier renders that differ from what ships.

Do you sell supplements, cosmetics or medical items?

No. See how we choose products for the full list of what we exclude.

Why is the catalog so small?

Because every item is sample-tested by us. That takes time, and most candidates fail.
