Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

  • Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone, items, order history) — to fulfil your order, send order emails and handle returns. Legal basis: contract.
  • Payment — processed by Stripe. We receive a payment reference and the last 4 digits; we never store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Fulfilment — your name, address and order items are shared with our fulfilment partner (CJdropshipping) solely to ship your order.
  • Reviews — after your order ships, we share your name, email address and order number with Trustpilot so it can send you one invitation to review your experience about two weeks later. Reviewing is optional; Trustpilot’s privacy policy applies to any review you write.
  • Account (optional) — email and password hash so you can view orders.
  • Support emails — to answer you.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, only with your consent (see Cookies). We use a unique transaction ID to avoid double counting; no card data is sent to analytics.
  • Shopping listings measurement — Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) records page views and completed purchases (order value and product IDs, no card data) so our products can be listed accurately in Microsoft Bing and Copilot. It runs with advertising storage switched off and does not set advertising cookies without your consent (see Cookies).
  • Security logs — IP address and request data are processed by Cloudflare and our server to prevent abuse. Retention: 30 days [V].

Marketing

Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, refunds) are sent regardless because they are part of your order.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes [V — typically 7 years in the US]. Pending/failed/cancelled orders are removed after 30/30/90 days. Inactive accounts can be deleted on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at support@luisventure.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of “sale or sharing” — we do not sell personal data; you can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
