We source
Products across every category come from fulfilment partners we vet. Our catalogue is imported from them automatically, and only items with real stock at the partner’s warehouse make it through.
Before listingRules check
Every item is filtered against our rules before it is listed: medical or treatment claims, products for infants, loose batteries, protective gear, weapons and unauthorised brands are excluded. A failure here ends it, regardless of the margin.
Before listingHonest prices
The product price is the product price. Shipping is free and tracked on every order — no fees at checkout and none afterwards.
At checkout · Day 0One partner, one tracking number
Each item has exactly one fulfilment partner, so there are no double shipments and no finger-pointing. When your parcel leaves, the tracking number is emailed to you and shown in your account and on Track your order.
Day 1–2It arrives
Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks; each product page shows its own estimate for your country. Multi-item orders sometimes ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Week 1–2Support, returns — and we keep watching
Damaged, wrong, or not what you expected? Send a photo or a message to support@luisventure.com. A person replies — usually within one business day — and we reship or refund within the 30-day returns window. Once listed, stock and costs are re-checked automatically several times a day; items that run out or no longer meet our rules are taken down.
